So when all is set and done I have jogged / walked four miles.  Now this might appear like a lot but it’s actually not.  Naturally you’ll probably have to build your way up to four miles.  So begin by doing one mile for a week then 2 miles the subsequent week, and work your way up to four miles. 

Once you have completed the jogging and walking now’s the time to do one or two abs crunches to assist in building the muscle in our body.  This can simply be done at any gym, or right in your home.  I recommend that you lay down on a mat to assist in giving your back more support and comfort.  For starters doing 3 sets of 20 AB crunches is perfect we don’t need to kill ourselves.  When you did that for a few days work your way all of the way up to 3 sets of 50. 

So this is the plan that I have put together to get rock solid abs, and i have been using this system for two months now, and I now can look in the mirror and see my abs like I always wanted.  This is simple to do for anybody, and it works!

In the fitness & health industry the standard advice starts with – eat healthily, exercise moderately, balanced diet – and all the other rubbish they spout.

Yes people, we know all that but we want to know how to get rid of love handles without all that hard work. Is it possible?

Yes, you could do it. You could eat as you are now but it will take an almost Herculean effort to manage it.

The problem is while you are hard at it exercising for your love handles, sweating yesterdays burgers off, today’s burgers are making their way slowly to your midriff.

If, and I say then tentatively, if you were to cut the crap food out you will find you can do far less exercise to maintain a great body.

It’s about compromise. How much do you really want to lose those love handles? Is it enough to make a change to your lifestyle?

Or will you still eat like you do now and decide to do a lot more exercise. It’s your choice.

A popular exercise for love handles is side bends. You may need to do a few hundred a day to maintain your love handles and your current diet. Or only do a few dozen to keep the love handles flat if you make the lifestyle change.

As you can see from the example above, it’s a compromise. More garbage food will mean more exercise. Better food means less exercise.

As a person, I’m lazy. I try to eat the best options, this way it keeps the exercise to a minimum. I still exercise for love handles but only to stop them appearing again.
